My Week in Review and Writing Links

Hello everyone. Happy Friday! This week, I started making wedding crutches … I’ll show a tutorial on here at some point. So far, I’ve transformed one grey and scuffed crutch into something beautiful using satin ribbon, strong adhesive double-sided tape, and organza flowers. Now I have to get cracking on the other one–I just have to wait for the ebay seller to get back from holiday so that I can order more flowers, lols!! I love getting a chance to express my creative side 🙂 As well as that, I’ve written more flash fiction stories and have made a start on another short story using the following Storymatic prompts …

  1. Person who takes shortcuts
  2. Person who needs to remove a tattoo right away
  3. Fever
  4. Rest area

I love these! I also fell in love with this week’s quote at first sight. I’m sure many of you would agree with the sentiment 🙂

When I added up the word count on the five stories I’ve completed already, I have roughly 20,400 words! At this rate, I’ll have enough for another book before long.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone. Here are your links for this week:

    • Thanks, Gwen! I will most definitely share pics of the big day when it happens. It’s so hard not being able to share pics of the dress, lol ?. So far, only my bestie has seen it as she went dress shopping with me. ?
